Base pay $16.80/hr. Could reach as high as $19.65/hr with 7+ years experience and a bachelors degree
Schedule: 4 day work week, Sunday - Wednesday 11pm - 9am
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts, Webster House, is an off campus located in Webster, MA and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, in an emergency shelter. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Webster House is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
21 years of age or older.
Valid MA Drivers License
Bachelor's degree or High-school diploma/GED with relevant human services experience required .
Previous experience preferred (needed if high school graduate), working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
Ability to attend 2 week orientation, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
Ability to work overnights after orientation, Sunday - Wednesday 11pm - 9am
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
