Job Summary

The Digital Performance Specialist will work with business partners, product managers, application owners and other stakeholders to implement the attribution and tag management strategy for Business & Clients / Digital teams by means of research, analysis, testing, project requirement definition, documentation, training, and production monitoring for digital analytics efforts across all Agent-facing and Customer-facing platforms, within Google Analytics and Glassbox/Adobe Analytics.

Leads fully the digital analytics & reporting development process, contributing to the development, enhancement and maintenance of company and vendor systems on various platforms, including with corporate partners and teams. Coordinates effectively between business, IT, and corporate stakeholders to ensure understand of project efforts and roadmaps. Leads the decision-making process of assignments through the unit management as well as on project teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience.

Experience: 2 - 4 years - or Associates Degree equivalent plus 4 - 6 years.

Knowledge: General knowledge of industry practices, standards, and concepts within field of work. Applies them to perform work requiring analytical business skills.

Decision Making: Makes decisions related to a wide variety of situations within management limits. Interprets guidelines and procedures, applying judgment and discretion. Decisions influence portions of a project, client relationships and/or expenditures.

Supervision Received: Works independently under general supervision. Work is reviewed for overall adequacy in meeting objectives.

Leadership: Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff as needed. Takes a lead role in group, team or project.

Problem Solving /Operations/Direct Work Involvement: Applies knowledge to help solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity which require independent thinking.

Client Contacts: Contacts other departments and or external organizations or parties frequently. Contacts are primarily at or below middle management levels. Communication is primarily task-related and involves creating and delivering varied types of messages and information.

• Basic database and technical knowledge

• SQL Querying (preferred)

• Building Excel graphs - Draw business / Critical Thinking

Non-Technical

• Project Management best practices

• Proficient in creating power point presentations, Reporting metrics, Measuring KPIs

• Business analysis best practices

• SEO best practices

• Laws and regulations for capturing consent for 3rd party data
