Customer Service Representative (Webster, MA)
This position is with MAPFRE Insurance located in Webster, MA.
As a member of the Enterprise Contact Center, you will work with our internal and external customers to create an outstanding service experience. This exciting customer focused position includes responsibilities in the area of coordinating first notice of loss claims via telephone and electronically and/or billing calls and functions for all products, lines of business, and affiliates.
Ability to navigate and process data using multiple systems and computer screens
Average mathematical skills and aptitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to solve moderately complex problems and make decisions within position standards
Strong telephone customer service skills to obtain/provide accurate/complete information
Ability to multi task and shift between tasks with ease and proficiency
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Must be able to attend training Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30p.m. This position requires some company holidays to be worked.
