City of Watertown Senior Shuttle Driver in Watertown, Massachusetts
Senior Shuttle Driver - Senior Center (Part-Time up to 16 Hours Per Week) The City of Watertown seeks a Senior Shuttle Driver who will be responsible for transporting senior citizens to and from appointed destinations, assisting passengers entering and exiting the van; and providing physical assistance as necessary. The Senior Shuttle Driver works under the general supervision of the Director of Senior Services. The qualified candidate will perform routine work which involves the exercise of considerable caution and safety when driving passengers to and from various locations; works independently and exercises judgment involving transportation issues with the exposure to all weather conditions. Required Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. One year of related experience driving in comparable weather conditions; experience working with senior citizens desirable; or a combination of education and experience. A valid Massachusetts Class B CDL license with an excellent driving record and CORI background check is required. SALARY RANGE BEGINS: \$22.70 - \$26.31 /per hour, no benefits.
