Randstad is working with a manufacturing company in Watertown, MA looking to hire a Customer Success and Office Coordinator. This is a permanent position paying $45,000 to 50,000/year. The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service/administrative experience and be excited to support a global team.
Customer success support
Interact with customers through phone and email communication
Liaise with internal departments to provide excellent customer service
Assist with Accounts receivable
Track deliveries and manage orders including local and overseas warehouses
Monitor critical KPIs
Ensure proper working environment
Onboard new hires and liaise with HR/IT/Finance departments
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Customer service skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Well organized and reliable
Microsoft Office experience
Salesforce experience preferred
Customer service/administrative experience
