*HR DIRECTOR - Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Director of Human Resources. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR management and operations, from hiring and training to strategy, and should understand HR functions as a competitive advantage. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and represents an opportunity to develop an HR organization that can support the company’s growth. Successful applicants will be expected to establish a people vision and strategy, build and lead an excellent HR team, and evaluate current HR policies, identifying and addressing any gaps. They will also be expected to implement cost-effective initiatives and serve as a senior advisor on HR-related matters. If this is your next step - let's chat ASAP!

  • 10+ years of human resources management experience - with at least 5 years in an HR management role

  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • A hands-on default state, with experience architecting cost-efficient tactical processes.

  • A proactive and action-oriented leadership style, and who can anticipate and predict the need for HR solutions to business challenges

    Requirements • Demonstrated experience in leading HR functions

• Proven expertise in managing benefits functions

• Solid understanding and experience in compensation administration

• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance within human resources

• Strong experience in managing employee relations

• Track record in implementing HR strategies effectively

• Proficiency in policy and process implementation within a HR context

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in HR-related software and applications.
