Behavioral Health Network Behavior Analyst in Ware, Massachusetts
WARE Behavioral Analyst Behavior Analysts provide high-quality clinical services and family consultation using techniques grounded in principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Behavior Analysts conduct functional behavior assessments and develop a specific, focused behavior intervention plan to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific identified behaviors. Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Community Wraparound program with the following: Providing assessment and treatment to enrolled children and youth based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Identifying specific objectives and performance goals of enrolled youth. Preparing behavior intervention plans according to Behavior Analytic best practices standards and makes necessary revisions/updates to the plans. Creating behavior measurement systems for monitoring progress of enrolled youth and to guide decisions on plan updates. Who Are We? Qualifications/Requirements Minimum requirements: Master\'s degree in a mental health field and two (2) years\' experience in the field of behavior analysis. Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst eligible within one year preferred. Must have a valid driver\'s license with a verified clean driving record. Must have a reliable vehicle available for work.
