Warehouse Associate supports DS Clinical Education by carrying out the following taks:

• Shipping all hands-on material, typically 6000+ kits per year. This includes packing the material, printing labels, and transporting daily shipments to the dock for pick-up. These boxes can range from 1-40 lb’s.

• Receiving all returned material from courses. Bringing UPS drop-offs from the loading dock into the CE Material Warehouse, unboxing, and checking each kit for missing or damaged components and replacing when necessary. Also, cleaning all kits and components before they are put back on the shelf.

• Informing CE Material Manager of any issues with missing/damaged kits and components so that those issues can be addressed accordingly.

• Monitoring consumable inventory levels (single-use models, demo product, ect) and making note of anything that is running low and needs to be replenished.

• Charging and running software updates on all Simplant Laptops to ensure the are working properly when they arrive to a course.

• Leading the physical execution on updating existing kits when necessary. This includes new cases, updated components, updated branding, ect.

• Assembling new kits when a new product has been launched and testing the new components as quality control. (ex. Making sure the implant drivers seat correctly in the driver handle)

• Responsible for organizing the warehouse and making improvements when necessary while ensuring all OSHA standards have been met.

• Responsible for managing Tradeshow display and hands-on items, sending DS branded tablecloths to laundromat for cleaning.

• Ordering packing tape, boxes, shelving, tools and other ancillary items needed for operational support of programs.

• Special project oversight as needed
