Join the Pega Government team, where innovation meets impact. We specialize in driving enterprise technology infrastructure, architecture, Pega application solution architecture and ensuring Customer Health across Federal (Civilian, DoD, National Security), State, and Local Government sectors. Our team leverages our Labs in AWS Gov Cloud and AWS Commercial Cloud, exploring cutting-edge technologies and architectures, advances in the Pega Platform and surrounding technologies with a focus on performance and scale.

While our work touches various government entities, this internship does not require Government Clearances, making it an excellent opportunity for students passionate about software engineering, cloud technologies, and Pega’s architecture model.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Collaborate with experienced consulting engineers on projects involving Cloud architectures (primarily AWS, and some GCP and Azure)

• Learn and leverage full-stack engineering initiatives

• Learn to identify and help ensure very large and complex programs perform and scale within the Pega Platform architecture, complex integrations and with emerging technologies that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Gain exposure to the Pega Platform, Operating Environment (Kubernetes, integrations/protocols, databases), performance and scalability principles, and the Pega Government business model

• Learn key Pega Gov consulting service products such Application Infrastructure Architecture Modeling

• Assist in the review of applications aimed at improving customer health and technical architecture for government clients

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Interested in Cloud architecture(primarily AWS, and some GCP and Azure)and full-stack engineering

• Familiar with or interested in learning about Pega’s architecture model

• Eager to work on innovative projects and contribute to real-world solutions for government clients

• A self-motivated, proactive learner who thrives in a research-focused, collaborative environment
