Kforce Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator in Waltham, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition in Waltham, MA. The candidate will work within the Talent Acquisition Operations team to manage administrative tasks such as sending email correspondences, running daily reports, communicating with candidates, and managing the vaccination verification process.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Talent Acquisition drives Talent Acquisition compliance, ensuring that prospective employees meet the current Vaccination requirements for hire * Runs and manages internal reports to track and manage candidate records and exemption requests * Drafts and submit tickets to other internal teams to ensure compliance with vaccination standards * References company policies and procedure to ensure accuracy of response and recognize when escalation of a situation is necessary * As a Talent Acquisition, you will have data entry responsibilities in multiple internal platforms and systems * Partners with TA Operations Specialists to update candidate statuses for hire * Assists in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as requested * Builds productive working relationships * Talent Acquisition may refer to senior level staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise * Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws, and regulations * Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor * Other duties as assigned Supervision: * None * Bachelor's degree required * 0 - 1 years of related experience; or equivalent directly related work experience * Recruiting experience preferred * Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with all documents, files, and communications * Expert skills within the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking systems * Proven organizational, critical thinking and administrative skills with keen attention to detail and strong time-management * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Experience with internal and external coordination and detailed record keeping * Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team * Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
