Position: Sr. Manager, Commercial Analytics, US
The Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics will report to the US Business Operations Lead and be part of the US Business Strategy and Operations group and will be a key member of core project teams responsible for the planning and commercialization of Oncopeptides’ first therapy, Melflufen, in the US.
This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of multiple areas within commercial analytics to execute decision-making on commercialization strategy and launch planning as well as future indications for the product. The Sr. Manager, Commercial Analytics will partner with and support various functions including sales, business planning, marketing, market access, medical affairs, business operations, and finance. This position will support and coordinate the tasks and activities supporting Oncopeptides sub-national analytics and various analytics for the US Field team in order to drive performance. This high-level individual contributor will manage cross-functional projects and lead components of departmental projects of varying complexity. He/she may manage, monitor, and/or review progress and accuracy of work of one or more external partners.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support and collaborate to generate analytics intelligence and insights, critical thinking, and analytical rigor to US commercialization activities and infrastructure build. • Collaborate with commercial operations to support management of the data warehouse in collaboration with the Head of Business Strategy and Operations. • Steward and coordinate US incentive compensation (IC) planning to include vendor management. • Coordinate the Zip To Territory (ZTT) field alignment on a quarterly basis • US Customer/Payer/Prescriber Mastering collaboration with data warehouse and CRM coordination • Develop and maintain data analytics and dashboards to inform stakeholders, leadership, and internal ad hoc requests. • Work closely with sales, training, business planning, marketing, and market access teams to develop launch strategy and strategic plans. • Develop and monitor key metrics to track performance of commercial and post-marketing tactics and activities. • Support competitive intelligence activities to ensure alignment of key threats, milestones, assumptions, and planning activities across all functions within the company. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data and deliverables. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project implementations, business process changes, and operational consistency.
