In this role, you’ll help us design and build next generation tools and processes to help Pega develop and continuously deliver software to its customers. What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Work as a Software Engineer on a team within the Software Delivery Excellence Alliance (SDEA). As part of this team you will share our passion for building and developing software using the latest technology and improving release processes seamlessly.

  • Play an important and exciting role delivering industry leading continuous delivery tooling for Pega’s emerging microservice architecture.

  • Work closely with application developers who are using our development tooling to deliver new software releases.

  • Manage cloud deployments of our DevOps infrastructure.

Who You Are:

You are an inventive, passionate, and self-motivated team player who can drive issues and projects to closure in a fast-paced, globally distributed, enterprise software engineering environment.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar degree is required.

  • Minimum 1-2 years working in an enterprise software development environment.

  • Working knowledge of source control management tools such as Git or Subversion.

  • Experience using build automation tools such as Gradle or Maven.

  • Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (Java/Groovy/Kotlin, C++).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, etc.

  • Experience using Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
