Wolters Kluwer Senior Trade Show & Event Planning Specialist in Waltham, Massachusetts
Hybrid role out of any of our U.S office locations.
The Senior Trade Show & Event Planning Specialist - NA will play a key role in increasing marketing impact to the business. You will collaborate with the CCH Tagetik North America Marketing team by project managing, executing, and optimizing our tradeshows and events strategy. Working closely with sales and marketing stakeholders, you will ensure each event maximizes lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the North American annual user conference, ensuring a seamless and engaging attendee experience.
This role reports to the Associate Director of NA Marketing and will require a tight partnership with the global events team. Additionally, this role will collaborate with the following North American marketing team members: NA Marketing Manager, Event Planning Specialist, and the Field Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project management of North American tradeshows, regional events, and our annual North American user conference.
Develop and maintain an event calendar, ensuring all deadlines, logistics, and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies at events, ensuring alignment with pipeline goals.
Manage all event logistics, including booth design, vendor coordination, shipping, staffing, and on-site execution.
Work closely with demand generation and digital marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive event attendance and engagement.
Own event budgeting and cost management, ensuring efficient use of resources and high ROI.
Develop and oversee pre-, during-, and post-event marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence at all events.
Track and analyze event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up to date on B2B event trends and best practices to enhance our tradeshow and event strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in B2B event and tradeshow management, preferably in enterprise software or technology.
Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, from planning to execution.
Strong collaborationskills, with experience working closely with sales, marketing, and external vendors.
Skilled communicator with the ability to clearly articulate campaign objectives, strategies, and results to diverse stakeholders
Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
Experience with lead generation strategies at events, including on-site engagement and post-event follow-ups.
Familiarity with event management tools and project management platforms (Monday.com is a plus!)
Budget management experience, with the ability to track ROI and optimize event spend.
Ability to travel as needed for event execution (approx. 10% travel estimate).

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750
