Wolters Kluwer Senior Technology Product Manager - Data & Analytics in Waltham, Massachusetts
As a Senior Product Manager on the Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Effectiveness team, you will drive strategic initiatives targeting high-growth segments, including Life Sciences, Digital Health, and Consulting organizations. This role focuses on developing innovative data and analytics-driven products that address the complex needs of these markets. By identifying industry pain points, market opportunities, and emerging healthcare trends, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare through insights and technology solutions.
This individual will lead primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, concept development, and early business case creation to inform the product strategy. Success requires strong analytical capabilities, a risk-management mindset, business acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and subject matter experts.
This is a high-profile role with significant exposure to senior leadership and direct impact on the company’s strategic direction in the Life Sciences and Digital Health Tech space.

Key Responsibilities
Define Product Innovation Vision : Establish and execute a product strategy tailored Data and Analytic solutions to support high growth segments such as Life Sciences, Financial, and Consulting, aligning with business objectives and industry needs.
Execute product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the design, development, and launch of innovative solutions including managing product backlog, developing product requirements, user stories and report mockups
Experience in building data analytics products that combine the development of new datasets, delivered through web services architecture, with accompanying data visualization tools.Lead Research & Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to uncover unmet needs, market gaps, and opportunities for innovation in Life Sciences, Financial, and Consulting.
Product Concept Development : Translate insights into viable product concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize customer and user experiences.
Strategic Roadmap Execution : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop a robust innovation roadmap that drives business growth, which serving as product owner
Manage product backlog – story writing, acceptance criteria, report mock ups, new data fields needed.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement : Lead customer interviews, focus groups, and strategic discussions with key stakeholders to validate concepts and shape solutions.
Pilot & Prototype Development : Partner with engineering and design teams to create and test early-stage product solutions, ensuring alignment with industry workflows and regulatory considerations.
Business Case & Commercial Strategy : Contribute to forecasting, pricing, and positioning strategies for new product concepts, ensuring market fit and financial viability.
Bring understanding of Life Sciences, Financial, and Consulting to deliver products that empower organizations to make evidence-based decisions and achieve their strategic objectives.
Other Duties
Participate in all relevant meetings and assume a leadership role in these meetings as needed.
Participate in all corporate training, company initiatives and performance planning exercises.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education: A Bachelors is required. Masters preferred.
Experience :
5+ years of technology product management experience
5 years of reporting and analytics
Experience with Agile development processes
Experience with Lean Innovation
Healthcare product management experience preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications :
Demonstrated written, listening, and verbal communication skills required
Demonstrated presentation skills required
Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to “self-motivate” in a fast paced, high growth environment
Ability to work independently
