TIAA Salesforce Program/Product Manager in Waltham, Massachusetts
Project and Program Management
The Program and Project Management job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

Summary of the Role
The Salesforce Program/Product Manager role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to manage the identification, analysis, implementation, readiness, and validation of Salesforce enhancements for the Retirement organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Support/lead strategic and BAU initiatives as needed
Coordinate and manage the due diligence for enhancements using six sigma principles as applicable
Create and maintain issues in Jira and Jira Align with relevant details and updates
Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts
Point of contact for the Salesforce ART as related to owned Features and Capabilities.
Ensure Readiness and Change Management activities are completed for each enhancement, as needed
Guide stakeholders through adherence to team operating model for items such as field support and work intake
Other duties, as assigned (as a growing team, we have to be flexible and adapt to change)
Required
- 5+ years of project/program management experience
Preferred
7+ years of project/program management experience
2+ years of experience in a Scaled Agile environment
2+ years of experience in Salesforce in a tech or enablement capacity (not as an end user)
Six Sigma Green Belt
SAFe PO/PM Certification
Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent experience

Base Pay Range: $98,100/yr. - $163,500/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
