ServiceNow is currently seeking a high achieving Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. You will be responsible for generating new business pipeline in mid-size / large enterprises, working closely with Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) and Field Sales professionals.

What you get to do in this role: The Sales Development Representative builds sales pipeline by identifying qualified opportunities:

  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with influential contacts within target accounts.

  • Understand an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points

  • Identify new sales opportunities and pass them to Field Sales team members in the CRM

  • Partner with Field Sales to effectively create regional territory plans

  • Utilize and leverage internal and external technologies to prioritize, disposition and manage marketing leads effectively to maintaining SLAs with Marketing

    To be successful in this role you should have:

  • An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset

  • Prior experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling

  • A general understanding of Cloud Computing and SaaS offerings

  • Excellent listening, verbal and written skills

  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects and internal colleagues

  • A growth mindset, consistently working to improve your skills and adapt in a constantly changing environment

  • Humble confidence, and the ability to differentiate yourself to customers

  • Travel for training and/or meetings may occasionally be required
