Robert Half Real Estate Paralegal in Waltham, Massachusetts
Description
We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to become a part of our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for handling commercial real estate and leasing agreements, managing contracts, conducting legal research, and drafting documents.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee leasing agreements, specifically within the commercial real estate sector
• Administer contract processes efficiently and ensure all legal implications are understood
• Conduct thorough legal research when necessary
• Draft and manage various legal documents with a high level of accuracy
• Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Perform title review, legal research and analysis including zoning and permitting matters.
• Prepare and make recommendations on leasing, contract and corporate governance issues to Chief Counsel, as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Real Estate - Leasing and apply this knowledge when necessary
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and issues related to real estate and leasing
• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently
• Keep accurate records of customer credit details
• Closely monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when required.
Requirements • Possess comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in Lease Agreements
• Proven expertise in the area of Commercial Leasing
• Demonstrable skills in Real Estate - Leasing
• Proficient in Contract Administration activities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience with legal research and drafting legal documents
• Proficiency in the use of legal software
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Paralegal certification is a plus.
