We’re looking for a product owner to join our ranks. Are you a creative, open-minded problem-solver with effective time-management and communication skills? In this role, you will be the lead member and advocate of the Agile Solutions team, which serves as the voice of the customer. This is a highly collaborative position with opportunities to move projects from concept to completion, research and document new ideas, understand vendor road maps, and proactively manage an application portfolio.
Prioritizing development team backlog based on an in-depth understanding of projects, applications, and imminent business needs
Researching and developing project overview statements
Collaborating closely with the Project Management Office to ensure project requests are accurately represented and the product’s direction understood
Logging and responding to user feedback
Coordinating and facilitating end-user and business testing
Presenting new product enhancements and identifying areas for improvement
Serving as an IT liaison between the business and our Technology team
3+ years of hands-on business experience as a product owner, strategist, or project manager
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Experience with Salesforce CRM implementations
Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
Office 365 cloud platform tool familiarity a plus
