POSITION: Print Shop Technician & Maintenance Worker

The Print Shop Technician & Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of custodial and general building maintenance duties at all CSB owned and leased facilities. Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, perform tasks related to cleaning and maintaining the Bank's properties. Delivery and coordination of interoffice mail and package to all CSB properties as needed. Under the direction of the Print Shop manager, operate high-speed copiers, computers, and related peripherals and finishing equipment in the printing and reproduction of a variety of materials for CSB banking centers and departments. Report and assist in coordination of outside repair and maintenance needs.
Key Result Areas:
Operate high-speed digital copiers, computers, and related peripherals and finishing equipment in the printing and reproduction of a variety of materials for CSB banking centers and departments. Receive, schedule, and assist in prioritizing printing and duplication requests and orders.
Review work submitted for reproduction; proofread work to assure completeness, quality, and clarity of original copy; cut, collate, staple, pad, hole punch, fold, assemble and bind reproduced materials as needed; prepare and package completed projects and materials for distribution.
Initiate and receive telephone calls from department colleagues and vendors concerning assigned printing functions; greet and assist visitors; confer with staff concerning printing needs, requests, orders, deliveries, and timelines; prepare, distribute, and respond to a variety of correspondence.
Assist Facilities Managers in general maintenance and repair duties to buildings and equipment as necessary. Report needs for equipment/building repair and maintenance to Facilities Manager. Correct unsafe conditions within capabilities.
Perform custodial services for all CSB properties including, but not limited to, spot cleaning of common area glass, litter pick-up and disposal, removal of graffiti, snow and ice removal, and other duties to ensure the cleanliness of the building and its grounds.
Performs maintenance checks on vehicles and completes appropriate paperwork for possible maintenance problems.
Contribute to the effective team management of all bank problems, issues, and opportunities.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and customers.

Adheres to the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles rules and regulations.
Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Have a clean driving record (no moving violations in past 6 months and no DUI’s, suspended licenses, etc. in past 5 years
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Effectively communicate in English both verbally and written, with all levels of employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner.
Operation of a computer and assigned software. Interpersonal skills using, tact, patience, and courtesy.
Strong time management skills and adherence to deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to follow proper protocols and procedures.
