Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Operations Specialist in Waltham, Massachusetts. This role involves administrative tasks in a startup environment, where you will be supporting various operational processes, including managing spreadsheets, overseeing employee relations, and maintaining inventory records.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage employee relations, fostering a collaborative work environment

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support where necessary

• Maintain and manage various spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency

• Perform database tasks, including data entry and record keeping

• Manage expense entry, ensuring expenditures are accurately logged and processed

• Oversee inventory tasks, including counting parts and logging quantities

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Expensify for various administrative and operational tasks

• Ensure accurate and high-volume data entry, maintaining data integrity

• Administer human resources administrative tasks as required

• Implement and maintain inventory controls, ensuring accurate inventory records. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Expensify software

• Skilled in Data Entry, specifically numeric data

• Experience with high-volume data entry tasks

• Knowledge of administrative office procedures and systems

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) administration

• Experience in conducting annual inventory

• Knowledge and understanding of inventory controls
