What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Actively monitor community forums for new posts and comments.

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and helpful assistance.

  • Moderate discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain a respectful environment.

  • Identify and escalate issues that require attention from the community management team.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of community guidelines and processes.

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing community feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for community engagement initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   

  • Proficient in using social media platforms and online community tools.

  • Interest in customer service and community building.

  • Experience with online community moderation or customer support.

  • Knowledge of relevant social media platforms and analytics tools.
