Fresenius Medical Care North America Marketing Content Creator in Waltham, Massachusetts

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for the strategic development and execution of content tailored to the US market. Ensures that all content aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives, effectively engaging target audiences and driving business growth. By collaborating with the Global Content Creation Team, adapts and implements global campaigns to resonate with US consumers, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. Manages supplier relationships on a project basis, guaranteeing timely and high-quality deliverables.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to the US market, aligning with overall brand messaging and business objectives.

· Create, edit, and manage high-quality, engaging content across various formats (e.g., articles, social media posts, videos, infographics) that resonate with the target audience.

· Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice, tone, and style.

· Collaborate with the Global Content Creation Team to adapt and localize global campaigns for the US market, ensuring they are culturally relevant and effective.

· Maintain consistency and coherence in messaging across all content channels.

· Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal clients and vendor partners.

· Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.

· Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding service issues with all internal and external clients and vendor partners in a timely manner.

· Utilize data-driven insights to inform content creation and optimize engagement and effectiveness.

· Conduct regular reviews and audits of content to maintain high standards.

· Creates and monitors marketing policies, procedures, and processes.

· Complies with requests from the compliance organization with regards to monitoring and audit requests.

· Provide regular reports on content performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing.

· Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content reflects the brand’s values and enhances its reputation in the US market.

· Assist with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.

· Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

· Bachelor’s Degree within Marketing, Journalism, Business, or business-related field required; Advanced Degree desirable

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

· 5 – 8 years’ related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.

· Skilled at conceptualizing creative materials to meet business needs.

· Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.

· Customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills required.

· Ability to manage budgets and media contract negotiation required.

· Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.

· Team player with ability to work cohesively with other internal and external partners.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

· Strong decision-making skills and a willingness to adapt with change.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
