As an integral part of Pega's dynamic Project Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving success by supporting both the Project Management and IT Management teams. You’ll dive into project timelines, perform impactful analysis, and contribute to keeping critical initiatives on track. You’ll also take the lead in managing quarterly and monthly reports across IT divisions, ensuring seamless collaboration, while steering the IT communication plan to keep teams aligned and informed. What You'll Do at Pega:

• Assist with administration and improvement of the project management tools.

• Work with Project Managers on creating best practices documents, templates, and support in adoption and roll-out of new and improved processes/tools.

• Support the creation and roll-out of new/improved processes or tools to project teams.

• Identify and manage risks, assumptions, Risks and dependencies.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, project teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure project success.

• Provide support for project-specific needs, including documentation, analysis, and information gathering/sharing.

Who You Are:

You understand the different Project Management Methodologies and ready to collaborate in a cross functional environment on different projects and tasks assigned.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Project Management, or similar

• Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; the ability to deliver insights and data with attention to detail, while balancing these details with the larger business objectives

• Knowledge of Project Management tools is a plus (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)

• Ability to leverage technology to solve business problems

• Drive for continuous learning and development
