Aerotek's client, a leading commercial real estate firm, Is looking to hire a licensed HVAC Technician to their team. This position will be onsite in Waltham, first shift, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Description:

• Monitors building system operations and performance using skills such as plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling on equipment such as air handlers, chillers, pumps, valves, etc.

• Organizes and performs preventative maintenance schedule

• Manages energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems efficiently in order to keep operating costs at a minimum

• Maintains the building lighting system and oversee controls

Qualifications:

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include customer service

• Experience with on-call work preferred for unexpected emergency situations

Shift : 7 am - 3:30 pm
