Pega’s Return-to-Work program is a 16-week paid “Returnship” for experienced professionals who have at least 5 years of experience and are returning to the workforce after taking at least a 1-year hiatus. The program offers specialized onboarding and professional development opportunities, including mentorship and skills training in collaboration with our Learning and Development Team, to support your transition and growth.
Meet Our Team:
You will be a key team member of the Global Total Rewards team, gaining exposure to market data and salary surveys to understand the importance of market information and analytics to help recruit, motivate and retain employees. You will help design compensation programs and procedures. You will work on global projects and be a part of the global total rewards team.
What You'll Do at Pega:
The Global Job Architecture and Pay Transparency Specialist will play a key role in the Compensation team by leading initiatives to develop and maintain a global job architecture framework and ensure compliance with pay transparency regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of compensation practices and a passion for promoting fairness and equity in the workplace.
Develop and maintain a global job architecture framework that supports organizational growth and career development.
Lead projects related to job evaluation, grading, and leveling to ensure consistency and alignment with industry standards.
Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure accurate job descriptions and classifications.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to support competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Develop and implement strategies for pay transparency, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting a culture of openness and trust.
Analyze and report on compensation data to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance and training to HR and management teams on job architecture and pay transparency best practices.
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

What You've Accomplished:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
5-7 years’ experience in HR, specifically with Compensation experience
Strong understanding of job architecture frameworks and compensation practices.
Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience with market analysis and benchmarking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of global compensation regulations and pay transparency laws is a plus.
Strong attention to details and data accuracy
