AIR’s Corporate Business Systems team is seeking an Associate Web Applications Designer to join their innovative team. This position will report to the Principal Business Systems Specialist.In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our SharePoint Online and Airtable platforms, ensuring the intranet and related solutions are accessible, secure, and ready to meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our internal clients' web initiatives and contribute to an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the position include:

  • Administer and support maintenance of SharePoint Online site collections and Microsoft Teams, including setup, configuration, updating, and monitoring.

  • Administer business systems, databases, and related web technologies.

  • Provide basic technical support to end users, addressing web-related inquiries and issues using the ticketing system.

  • Create and maintain documentation for web platform configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Collaborate with the IT Service Desk team to resolve escalated web platform concerns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support web initiatives, and projects and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) is a plus but not required.

  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus butnot required.

Skills:

  • Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to communicate with and understand the needs of both technical and non-technical internal and external clients. Additionally, effectively collaborate in a virtual, cross-functional diverse team environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently, and collaboratively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.

  • Adept in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple concurrent deliveries.

  • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a focus on details.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 web technologies and administration (e.g., SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps), light database management (e.g., SQL Server), and other web platforms (e.g., Airtable).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate efficiently in a virtual work environment.

AIR’s Total Rewards Program , is designed to reward our staff competitively and motivate them to achieve our critical mission. This position offers an anticipated annual salary of $90,000 - 94,000. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets. Please note this is the annual salary range for candidates that are based in the United States.
