Job Description for the Service Coordinator with 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric:
Properly dispatch multiple technicians
Determine the technician skill set
Scheduling
Basic data entry
Daily Performance Reporting
Exceptional communication with customers, technicians, and management
Experience for the Service Coordinator:
Previous experience multi-tasking between multiple projects
Working independently
Computer experience is a plus
General understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office, and the Internet
Requirements for the Service Coordinator:
Must be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Manage multiple jobs at one time
Ability to communicate and understand customer concerns
Continuous communication with technicians and management
Punctuality
Prior dispatching preferred
