DATES OF NEED: 4/1/2024 - 12/01/2024 EMPLOYER: Seaside Party Celebrations LLC CONTACT: Sylvia Deborah White EMAIL: PHONE: (508) 693-0556 JOB TITLE: Laundry and Dish Cleaning Workers OPENINGS: (7) Temporary, Full-time openings DUTIES: Will train to cleaning and preparing dishes, cutlery, linens, and cloths for rental at events and functions, using dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Employees must be able to commit to the entire employment period. SCHEDULE: 40-hrs p/wk. Employees will work 5-6 days p/wk, but days of the week will vary weekly. WAGE: \$17.03 - \$21.00 p/hr, paid bi-weekly. Pay within range shown based upon performance at employer?s discretion. 5-10hrs of overtime available per week. When available overtime is paid at \$25.55-\$31.50 p/hr. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer\'s discretion. LOCATION(S): 515 Edgartown Road, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568 LODGING: Housing may be provided based upon availability at a cost of \$300 p/month withdrawn from paycheck. The housing fee will be deducted through payroll so long as the weekly housing fee does not result in weekly wages equal to less than \$35.00 below Massachusetts minimum wage. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed. Upon completion of the period of need, or if employee is dismissed early, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs and subsistence of outbound, return, transportation back to where employee came from, unless the employee does not return. The amount of transportation reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence for travel will be provided at a rate of \$15.46/day up to a max of \$59.00/day with proof by receipts. Employees will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period to the total employment period.
