Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Turners Falls, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the non-profit industry, specifically located in Turners Falls, Massachusetts, 01376, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the operational and technical side of customer success, including data collection and analysis to provide actionable recommendations to the Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze customer data, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making and improve customer satisfaction

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure customer success and satisfaction

• Segment customers based on various criteria such as product usage, behavior, and feedback to tailor engagement strategies and support initiatives

• Utilize predictive analytics models to forecast customer behavior, identify potential risks, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate them

• Analyze customer feedback and survey responses to gain insights into satisfaction levels and areas for improvement, and translate feedback into actionable strategies

• Assess product adoption rates and identify opportunities to improve user onboarding and feature utilization through data-driven recommendations

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to share insights and influence strategies for enhancing customer success

• Implement and maintain data automation processes and tools to streamline data collection and reporting

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success analytics to continuously improve our approach

• Proficiency in Data Entry, Computer Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is crucial for the role. Requirements • Prior experience in a customer service role within the non-profit sector is preferred

• Proficiency in data entry and computer data entry tasks

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a detail oriented manner

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously

• Willingness to learn about and advocate for our organization's mission and services

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
