Covenant Health Recruiter in Tewksbury, Massachusetts

Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering on all facets of corporate recruitment at the facility level which aligns with Covenant's recruitment strategy. Serves as internal employment consultant to ensure the best talent is hired across the Covenant system. Will manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and building own candidate pipelines and continued development of community and educational facility relationships.

Job Competencies:

  1. Develop and deliver on recruitment strategy
  • Working proactively with hiring managers on position descriptions

  • Determines a specific recruitment strategy that effectively reaches candidates specific to the market and location.

  • Based on regional recruitment benchmarks, is able to set reasonable expectations on time-to-fill

    1. Sourcing Candidates
  • Sources new candidates through via boolean searches on career boards such as Indeed, Linkedin, SkillSurvey, Position Manager and other niche career boards

  • Attends job fairs and career events

  • Initiates hiring events to attract candidates (either onsite or virtual)

  • Network with association memberships, trade groups, community partners and employees to obtain top talent; build strong relationships with our partner Schools/Educational facilities.

    1. Interviewing Skills
  • Is able to effectively screen and evaluate candidates to determine if the qualifications meet the jobs requirement

  • Is able to determine if the candidate's individual career goals meets our mission, culture and values.

  • Is able to effectively utilize a variety of methods to screen candidates (phone, in-person, and virtual)

    Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience required (preferably in healthcare)

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • SPHR/PHR Certification preferred
