The Raytheon Finance Estimating and Pricing (E&P) team has an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional to demonstrate their project management and analytical skill set while developing their acumen related to cost buildup and proposals. This position will be a supervisor in the Technical Development & Data Analytics group within the E&P Tools and Training team. This role will provide project management support relative to system sustainment for labor and material estimating tools. This includes ProPricer system support for Contractor Edition, BOE Pro and Material Estimating modules. In addition, this position will help implement automation in our internally developed tools and models to best drive efficiency throughout the proposal development process. This role provides exposure to the front end of the business and requires an individual who possess strong problem solving, project management and partnering skillsets.

What You Will Do

• Maintenance and support of our pricing and estimating system ProPricer

• Support with developing tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal process through procedural, scripting, and database programming.

• “As required”/ad-hoc analysis and support to the E&P organization with system-based questions.

• Testing of new tool (internal and external) capabilities, along with business case development for initiatives that support the E&P technology roadmap.

• Facilitate training sessions and prepare guidance documentation to the E&P organization with the ability to breakdown complex topics into simple and easily implemented actions.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience

• Experience with some/all of the following tools: Analysis for Office, Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Foundational financial acumen inclusive of Raytheon cost collection and rate build up.

• Forward thinking mindset with strong analytical project management, problem solving and critical thinking skillset.

• Ability to summarize findings and present analysis to peers and management.

• Proposal analyst or related experience.

• ProPricer or related pricing system acumen.

• Interest in learning common coding languages including JavaScript, Python, C++ and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The candidate must be able to support onsite work from a RTX facility.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
