Raytheon is seeking a Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) CPT Lead is responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and execution of the SI&T scope for the LTAMDS LRIP contract. This position reports into the overall LTAMDS SI&T CPT Lead. This LTAMDS SI&T LRIP CPT Lead will also support the Urgent Material Release contract until completion. This role will be within the Mobile Sensors & Weapon Systems Department.
What You Will Do
Provides direction over the integration & test team supporting LRIP contract
Ensures that the test and validation events are aligned with the overall test strategy established by the test architect and executed in accordance with system integration strategy.
Responsible for partnering test and validation approach with program management and external customers
Development, review and coordinate approval of Quarterly Estimates At Complete (EACs).
Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required.
Lead an engineering team (60 engineers)

Direct a technical team of engineers
Communicate with many levels of the program and work to positively guide and influence parties within and outside of the job function
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Value System)
Experience with CAM and/or proposals
Active and transferable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. US Citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Knowledge of developing bids for DoD contracts
Knowledge and experience with performing EACs
Experience with system-level integration, verification and/or test
Experience as a cross product team lead or integrated product team lead

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
