Sales Execution Manager (Corporate Sales) Description As a Sales Execution Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term, high-value relationships with key accounts by understanding needs, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to drive significant revenue and customer satisfaction within those accounts. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trust at executive levels within the account organizations. You will also lead the Volume Supply Merchandising team, to provide best in class merchandising service to these accounts in line with our company vision and values. Key Accountabilities: Take ownership of all key sales team activities to boost sales, gross profit, market share, and visibility Create comprehensive account plans with clear goals and strategies to maximize revenue potential within assigned accounts. Cross functional collaboration with portfolio managers, warehouse, district managers and sales to stay aligned with priorities and execution strategies Proactively assess client needs, challenges, and business objectives to identify opportunities across our portfolio and service offerings Monitor customer satisfaction, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on account performance to senior management Prepare and deliver presentations using data, insights and business intelligence tools with accounts and internal stakeholders Recruit and onboard talent: identify, interview, and hire qualified candidates for the spirits and wine merchandising team, ensuring a high level of expertise and customer service skills Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance team members\' product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies Monitor and evaluate team performance through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback, and coaching to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales targets Foster strong relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring their needs are met through personalized service and tailored merchandising solutions Communicate category management strategies and find opportunities across all segments of business Develop reliable supplier relationships that will engage with accounts driving sales activities in store for consumers Communicate and deliver our business strategy effectively to key accounts Develop team strategy and vision to lead, train, and execute merchandising service Foster a positive and energetic team environment and corporate culture where everyone thrives Keep the team informed and trained on industry trends, data, and business solutions Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and always strive to be the best Excellent communication and negotiating skills Strong analytical skills to build rapport and influence decision making Deep understanding of industry knowledge, brands and selling strategies Ability to think strategically and develop long-term account plans Track record shows strong sales performance and abilities Strong ability using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Excel in building relationships and have strong interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, time management, written, oral, and presentation skills Comfortable working independently, demonstrating initiative, and being accountable for results Able to travel and work nontraditional hours Education/Experience/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A college degree or equivalent work experience/training/education is preferred Five to seven years of direct sales experience Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver\'s license and registration
