Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team situated in Taunton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities related to the maintenance and troubleshooting of our IT systems, with a focus on user support, hardware management, and system updates. We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities include: • Onboarding new staff members by assigning them to email, phone, and security systems • Managing the setup of cell phones, including assigning usernames and passwords • Troubleshooting any issues that arise with laptops, desktops, and cell phones • Managing updates to internal phone system directories and devices • Assisting with minor computer wiring updates and imaging computers • Utilizing various skills including Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies to perform tasks • Employing Microsoft, Active Directory, and Apple Devices skills to manage computer hardware and configuration management • Utilizing skills in Deployments, Basic Troubleshooting, Ticketing System, and Desktop Hardware to ensure smooth operations • Using Cisco Voice Over Internet (Voip) for effective communication within the team. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Android Development

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies

• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies

• Ability to work with Mac Computers and Microsoft tools

• Experience with Active Directory

• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices

• Understanding of Computer Hardware

• Expertise in Configuration Management

• Experience with Deployments

• Ability to conduct Basic Troubleshooting

• Knowledge of Ticketing System

• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware
