Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Swansea, Massachusetts. This role primarily revolves around providing exceptional customer service, managing inbound calls, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inbound customer calls promptly and professionally

• Accurately process customer orders and maintain related records

• Schedule appointments and service calls for customers as required

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Adapt to changes and varying workloads throughout the day

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and organizing as needed

• Handle customer requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Utilize software systems for various tasks, including data entry

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Experience in email correspondence in a professional setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry processes

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
