SUNDERLAND - Sales and Fufillment Specialist About Us: Kitchen Garden Farm is a 65 acre organic vegetable farm. We sell fresh produce and value-added items made from our produce (i.e. hot sauce and salsa). We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. Job Description: We are seeking a Sales and Fulfillment Specialist to help with our order processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, from writing compelling sales emails to packing and shipping mail orders. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Emails: Craft and send twice weekly sales emails to customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Online Order Fulfillment: Process online orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time. Update inventory records and manage stock levels. Packing and Shipping Mail Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Ensure all packages are packed safely for transport and labeled correctly. Track and manage shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery. Billing: Generate and send invoices to customers. Process and allocate payments and follow up on outstanding balances. Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions. General Duties: Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in google docs and sheets Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to lift and move packages up to 30lbs What We Offer: \$20/hr base pay plus time and a half overtime Farm cooked lunch every work day Unlimited vegetables
