Our team is engaged and committed to continuous improvement of our products, our patient care, and ourselves. Summary: This position will have three areas of focus. The majority of the work will be on purchasing with suppliers and inventory management using our software programs. In addition, the job will include facility management including maintaining proper maintenance schedules with contractors and coordinating repairs on machines and equipment. Lastly, helping with safety programs in the building and with our production team. Skills: * Computer skills including using Excel and Microsoft Outlook * Able to follow specific directions and processes * Capability for occasional heavy lifting between 30 - 50 pounds * Strong analytical skills * Highly organized and detail oriented * Solid written and verbal communication skills * Familiarity with machinery and equipment and how to maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors * Managing our Asset Essential software and scheduling preventative maintenance on equipment * Involvement in our Quality Management Services * Help develop and support short and long-term inventory management and organization * Ability to manage multiple tasks * Help in maintaining safety programs and enforcing safety requirements * Working with our other offices and locations to maintain proper safety and inventory management * Ability to think outside the box to solve difficult problems Not Required, But Bonus Skills: * OSHA safety requirements and knowledge * ISO 13485 knowledge * Familiarity with Netsuite and Athena software * LEAN manufacturing principles * Inventory management experience * Forklift certified Position Requirements: * High School Degree * Working in our Stoughton, MA location (not remote) * Dependable transportation
