STOCKBRIDGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Resident Services Coordinator in Stockbridge, Massachusetts
The SHA employs Resident Services Coordinators (RSC\'s) covering seven (7) housing developments in Southern Berkshire County, serving 335 units of state assisted rental housing for seniors, the disabled, and families. The RSC will assess the needs of residents; identify programs, opportunities and services that will benefit the needs of the population served. Maintain data reporting requirements and collaborate with Housing Authority staff and others in the community. Travel in the So. County area may be required. Candidates are expected to have an associate or bachelor\'s Degree in a related field; Social Services, or at least a minimum of three years prior experience in social service programs, preferably residential, but all fields considered. Innovation, creative, patient, and friendly. Knowledge of community resources and the ability to work with and motivate a diverse population.
