Job Summary: The Junior DBA will be responsible for creating and maintaining SQL-based reports to support our organization\'s decision-making. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely, and informative reports. Schedule: Hybrid Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Report Development: - Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases. - Design and develop reports using reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI). - Create visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to effectively communicate data insights. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports. Data Analysis: - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings. - Stakeholder Communication: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements. - Effectively communicate report findings and recommendations. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. Data Governance: - Adhere to data governance policies and procedures. - Maintain data quality and integrity. Qualifications and Skills: - Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong SQL skills, including knowledge of advanced SQL functions and techniques. - Experience with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI). - Understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques. - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Flexible work arrangements.
