Description:

Currently seeking many candidates to be warehouse workers. Candidates may use a cart to do picking and preparing orders by walking up different aisles. Must be operating at a quick/fast pace to make sure orders are picked for the day. Candidates must be willing to be trained on a reach truck that may need to reach up to 50ft, or a cherry picker that will elevate a person up 50 ft, but harnessed in. For the Mid-shift and evening shift candidates will be picking product and loading trucks.

Hours: They work until the job is done, mostly 10hr shifts but at times may need to work up to 12hrs, never work 8hrs.

• Inbound: 1st Shift 5am- 3pm Monday - Friday

• Mid-shift: 12pm - 10pm Monday-Friday

• Night: 2:30pm – 2:30am Sunday - Thursday.

Work Environment:

This is a 380000 square foot distribution center. Everything is brand new from equipment to racks. The candidate can have a cool story down the road that they helped build this facility. Culture: Fast paced warehouse, everyone does their job and helps one another. When touring everyone was staying to themselves and no one was chit chatting. They had music loud for everyone to listen.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

· Must be able to operated at a fast pace.

· Ideal Candidate will have prior warehouse experience of at least 6 months.

· Will consider an entry level candidate if they are able to meet the company standards and pace of play.

· Must be willing to be trained on Material handling equipment from reach trucks, cherry pickers and regular forklifts.

Please Note:

1. Must be able to work OT with little to no advance notice

2. Must be able to work more than 8hrs a day consistently.

3. Must be able to work weekends and holidays whenever needed.

4. Must be willing/able to learn to operate MHE and working at heights up to 50ft

5. Must be able to wear steel toed safety shoes the entire shift.

6. Must be able to wear MHE safety harness while performing picking functions on MHE

7. Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs - The IV totes could weigh 30lbs each.

8. Must be able ot bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand the entire shift.

9. Must be able to follow instructions and pay extreme attention to details.

10. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

11. Must be able to work in a team environment as well as individual.

12. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the productivity standards

13. Facility does not close due to weather and are expected to report to work during inclement weather.

14. The usage of Cell Phones, smart watches and headphones are not allowed in the warehouse.
