Join our team of competent and caring professions as a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker in the In-Home Therapy program at Behavioral Health Network! The Therapeutic Training & Support Worker provides high quality community-based services to children, adolescents, transitional age youth, and their families. The Therapeutic Training & Support Worker assists youth and family in promoting and maintaining linkages along with care coordination and collaborations between all providers. Who are We? In-Home Therapy Program The In-Home Therapy program at Behavioral Health Network is an intensive and flexible service that works with children and families to address and support behavioral health challenges. Services include family therapy, therapeutic training and support, care coordination and others, in any setting where the youth live or attends school. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. What are we looking for in a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker? Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in a human service-related field required. Minimum of one year of experience in the human services field required. Must have broad knowledge of mental illness diagnoses, behavioral modifications techniques/coping mechanisms. Skills in parenting education and experience working with children and families required. Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems. Demonstrates willingness and ability to treat challenging and diverse client populations. Demonstrates working knowledge of community resources and how to help clients access them.
