Selector, Formula Springfield, MA Are you ready to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products in a dynamic warehouse environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Selector, Formula to join their team and help fulfill customer orders with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities of the Selector, Formula - Select cases and containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. - Operate an electric pallet jack/forklift to move completed orders to the loading dock staging area, ensuring they are wrapped, labeled, and ready for shipment. - Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining efficient product flow through the production process. - Function as a collaborative team member within the department and organization, performing any duties assigned to best serve our client\'s team. - Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures as per company guidelines. - Conduct safety checks on equipment and ensure all safety devices are functioning properly. - Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines. Requirements of the Selector, Formula - Ability to follow work schedules and obtain necessary supplies for operations. - Competence in performing safety checks on pallet jacks/forklifts and using required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear. - Skill in placing pallets on pallet jacks and operating along assigned multi-level racks to locate products according to order sheets. - Experience in manually placing stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks as required. - Capability to transport completed palletized customer orders to the shipping dock staging area and shrink-wrap pallets for staging if necessary. - Ability to manage battery recharging and replacement, and complete vehicle inspection checklists. - Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
