School Nurse Job Description: Both LPN and RN Nurses for Schools and Summer School We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse for Sub Nurses and our Summer School/Camp program. The Nurse will be responsible for providing medical care to students, handling emergencies, administering medications, and maintaining health records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to respond to health-related concerns quickly and efficiently, and foster a safe and healthy environment for all participants. Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and emergency care as needed. Administer daily medications and treatments to campers and staff. Monitor and address health concerns such as injuries, allergies, and illnesses. Maintain accurate health records and documentation. Educate students on health and safety practices. Collaborate with camp staff to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid state licensure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Hours: staffing agency - pick your own availability.
