Health Advocates Network is hiring a Case Manager- RN with 2 * years of recent experience* ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in SPRINGFIELD, MA.

• Pay Rate: $2,245.00 weekly (based on 40hours per week)

• *Shift: 10-hours DAY shifts available *

• Contract Length: 13- weeks contracts available

Case Manager- RN Qualification and Requirements:

• An active, current RN license in applicable state

• 2 years’ experience in Case Management?in an acute care facility

• American Heart Association BLS, for Health Care Providers

• Additional certifications may be required.
