Adult Out-patient Behavioral Health Clinician

Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Behavioral Health Department, is looking for a full time Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Adult Out-patient in Springfield, MA.

• Full-time 40-hours weekly

• Monday-Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

• LICSW or LMHC licensure (required)

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in healthcare or social services setting. Equivalent experience in a Master’s level internship may be considered.

Summary:

Patient evaluation, case management, treatment, discharge planning, and documentation. The BHC is responsible for gathering a psychosocial evaluation through interviews and record review and completing a written assessment with case formulation and treatment plan. The BHC facilitates psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic family and systems meetings and may also lead to psychotherapeutic and/or psychoeducational groups as assigned.
