If you are an experienced peer support leader with a passion for recovery-oriented services and program development, we invite you to join our team as a Program Director. In this role, you will lead and expand peer services, supervise peer specialists, and ensure the delivery of high-fidelity, trauma-informed peer support programs. What You\'ll Do As a Program Director, you will oversee peer-led recovery programs, provide leadership and supervision to Certified Peer Specialists, and collaborate with community stakeholders to ensure effective, integrated peer support services. Key Responsibilities Provide mission-driven leadership to peer support teams, ensuring adherence to Peer Values and Ethics. Develop and implement high-fidelity, trauma-informed peer services that prioritize empowerment, choice, and self-determination. Supervise and mentor Certified Peer Specialists, ensuring professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines. Oversee program operations, including staff training, compliance, and service delivery. Ensure that all individuals served receive person-centered, recovery-oriented peer support based on their needs and goals. Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and advocacy groups to expand the reach of peer services. Monitor and analyze program outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive service improvements. Manage program budgets and funding sources, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Represent the peer support program at conferences, community meetings, and stakeholder engagements. Facilitate team meetings, staff development sessions, and ongoing training in best practices for peer support. Ensure compliance with state regulations, grant requirements, and BHN organizational policies. Identify areas for program growth and development, implementing innovative solutions to enhance peer support services. What You\'ll Bring High School Diploma or GED (required). Minimum of three years of management experience, preferably in peer-led programs. Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery and Peer Certification through Kiva Centers (required). Experience managing budgets, securing funding through grants, or overseeing program compliance (preferred). Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding peer support services. Ability to supervise and mentor peer staff, fostering professional growth and program excellence. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, based on program needs. Valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle for all working hours (required).
