Operations Manager Job Category: First/Mid Level Mgmt Requisition Number: OPERA005630 Full-Time On-site Outpatient Clinic Springfield, MA 01105, USA Job Details Description Center for Human Development (CHD) is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our Pine St. Clinic Outpatient Team in Springfield, MA. Your role as an Operations Manager you will: Responsible for oversight of administrative staff and front office functioning. Review and assist in correcting Southern Region Unbilled and Held Claims. Reviewing authorizations of all service lines for accuracy & collaborating with Southern Region supervisors to correct any issues discovered. Ensure all benefits assignments are entered correctly in the electronic health record (EHR), identify, and resolve any missing information. Run and analyze all necessary reports to complete weekly and monthly reporting out to the state. Monitor all internal and external referrals for accuracy. Responsible for workflow management. Oversight of all payment for services rendered including co-pays, self-pay and batching. Reviews and reports to leadership on productivity data. Works with leadership to identify, develop and execute corrective trainings. Maintains in-depth data tracking to support improvements across programs. Attends weekly, monthly meetings and trainings. Oversee successful scheduling of services across region. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree, Business school graduate preferred. Prior experience in billing Prior experience working with medical records Must be well organized, with attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written skills. Must be able to type standard letters and complete typewritten forms with accuracy and computer skills. Ability to understand and follow confidentiality protocols. Knowledge of services provided/additional resources/community resources success factors to excel in this role you will: Display personal reliability, flexibility, critical thinking, creative problem solving, teamwork and thoughtful decision-making. Have attention to time and detail. Be a highly organized, self-motivated and independent leader. Pleasant and welcoming phone manner Maintain confidentiality protocols.
