Excellent Analyst: Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of health care for the critical care patient. Accountable for quality initiatives for core measures, ACT initiatives and patient satisfaction Continued Professional Growth: Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling personnel. Assignments reflect appropriate utilization of personnel, considering scope of practice, competencies, patient/client/resident needs, and complexity of care. Supports the Care Coordination model. Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Knowledge of nursing practices normally acquired by completing a Bachelor?s of Science in Nursing. Masters in Nursing or health related field or actively working toward preferred. Licensure: Current Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Massachusetts. Certification: CPR certification required. Instructorship preferred (Acute). ACLS certification required and Instructorship preferred in Operating Room. Basic computer skills required. Effective communication, organizational and critical thinking skills. Preferred Skills: Education: Knowledge of nursing practices normally acquired by completing a Bachelor?s of Science in Nursing. Masters in Nursing or health related field or actively working toward preferred. Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years demonstrated clinical and management experience. Pre/Post-Operative, PACU, and Endoscopy experience preferred.
