Marketing and Grants Administrator Jewish Family Service of Western Massachusetts (JFSWM) is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing and Grants Administrator to join our team. This role will play a key part in promoting our mission, enhancing our visibility, growing our social media presence, and securing funding through grants. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, communication, and organizational skills, a desire for creativity, as well as a passion for supporting the diverse community we serve. Position Details: Position: Marketing and Grants Administrator Program: Administration Status: Full-time, Exempt Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Location: Springfield, MA (Hybrid/Remote work available) Marketing & Communications: Manage Social Media Platforms: Create, schedule, and publish content for JFSWM?s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase community engagement, build brand awareness, and highlight agency programs and services. Content Creation: Develop engaging written and visual content for newsletters, email campaigns, press releases, and the JFSWM website, ensuring all communications are consistent with the agency?s messaging and values. Oversee production of print and digital marketing materials including annual report, event flyers, program brochures and video content. Website Maintenance: Update and maintain JFSWM?s website, ensuring current and accurate program information, event listings, and donor opportunities. Event Promotion: Collaborate with program staff and the Development Coordinator to promote fundraising events, community workshops, and programmatic initiatives. Grants Management: Grant Research: Identify and research potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies to support JFSWM?s programs and services. Grant Writing: Collaborate with program staff to develop compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports that align with JFSWM?s mission and strategic goals. Grant Reporting: Track grant deadlines, ensure timely submission of reports and proposals, and maintain detailed records of all grant-related activities. Fundraising Support: Development Support: Assist the Development Coordinator in the creation of donor appeals, brochures, and other fundraising collateral. Donor Communications: Support donor stewardship efforts by helping draft thank-you letters, donor updates, and recognition materials. Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising and community events, including coordinating marketing materials and event logistics. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, marketing, or related roles. This could include roles as a program coordinator where marketing or grant writing were a part of the role. Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a nonprofit or business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to craft compelling narratives. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools. Knowledge of design software, particularly Canva is a plus. Commitment to the mission and values of JFSWM, with an understanding of the diverse communities we serve. Preferred Experience: Experience working with or writing grants for human services or social service organizations. Familiarity with CRM or donor management systems. Knowledge of Jewish culture, values, and traditions is beneficial but not required. Salary & Benefits: The salary range for this position is \$50,000-\$58,000, depending on experience.
