Benefits: Retirement Plan 403(b) Health, Dental, Vision, Pet and Life Insurance Paid vacations Paid holidays 8 discretionary days Mileage Reimbursement Job Title: Licensed Clinician \| \$1,500 Sign-On Bonus *Bilingual Candidates Encouraged to Apply *EOE M/F/D/V *Union/Non-Union Job Summary: G?ndara\'s Springfield Family Resource Center aims to provide community-based, culturally competent programs that provide evidence-based parent education programs, youth and parent support groups, early childhood services, information and referral, educational support, cultural events, and other opportunities for families whose children range in age from birth to age 18. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family therapy to the youth in the program, at the program and in their family homes. Provide trauma-informed clinical case management to approximately 6 youth by coordinating team meetings, arranging appointments, creating treatment plans, and providing program recommendations on services to best help the youth/family. Completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, and CANS, as part of the assessment process Work closely and communicate well with funders/guardians to ensure satisfactory service delivery including meeting attendance and regular communication Provide training to Residential Counselors on clinical issues pertaining to their work with clients Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with licensing and funder requirements. Participate as a member of the team within a clinically oriented trauma-informed treatment milieu Participate in being on-call for after-hours client/program emergencies Take on administrative tasks as delegated by the Program Director and/or Clinical Supervisor Performs Follow Along with Clinical Services, in coordination with staff when applicable to program type. Minimum Qualifications: Master\'s level Licensed Clinician Licensed eligible with experience working as a clinician with families, considered to apply Must have at least three years of experience as a licensed clinician, as well as experience administering the CANS Experience and demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations in a community-based setting using a family-centered, strength based approach requiredBilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
